Please note:

  • Return or replacement requests must be initiated within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.

  • Products must be unused and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and the Dpoche Authenticity & Quality Seal intact.

Dpoche reserves the right to reject claims that do not comply with the Return & Refund Policy.
