Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).

• Remote & Rural Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts as per their standard policy.

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:

• Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

• Refusal to accept the parcel

the shipment may be returned to Dpoche.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching such orders.

Address Changes

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

Package Inspection

For your protection, please inspect the outer packaging before accepting your order.

If the parcel appears to be:

• Opened

• Tampered with

• Severely damaged

we recommend refusing delivery (where possible) and contacting our customer support team immediately.

Important – Unboxing Video Required

To ensure a smooth resolution in the unlikely event of any issue, please record a continuous, unedited video while opening your parcel.

The video must:

• Begin before opening the sealed shipping package.

• Clearly show the shipping label.

• Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous recording.

• Clearly display the product received.

This unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:

• Damaged products

• Manufacturing defects

• Missing items

• Incorrect products

• Return or replacement requests

Unfortunately, claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for verification, replacement, refund, or return.

This policy helps protect both our customers and Dpoche from fraudulent claims and ensures a fair resolution process.

Delayed Deliveries

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including:
